How this versatile process works

Prepare a master model and establish the parting line with tape. |

Make a casting frame in ABS or chip board. |

De-gas the MTT Silicone Rubber and pour around the model and leave to cure. |

Remove the master model |

Tape the silicone tool together and prepare for casting. |

The automated casting cycle fills the mold under vacuum. |

After curing, de-mold the prototype part. |
