MTT 12/90 Machines are designed to process a wide range of engineering thermoplastics such as glass filled nylon, ABS, Noryl, Poly Carbonate, Acetal, PBT, Peek and PPS in the most aggressive production environments. Sprue or runnerless moulding can be achieved by injecting right up to the cavity with the machines integral hot tip, significantly reducing material waste and component handling problems.

The machines are user friendly, easy to commission and simple to operate. All models have a nine ton clamping force delivered through a toggle mechanism.
