MTT 50/E Blow Moulding Machine for prototype and low volume production

MTT's 50/E Blow Moulding machine delivers an economical solution for designers and manufacturers of bottles, containers or other hollow forms. Typical applications already include prototypes and low volume production parts for the packaging, cosmetic,food, pharmaceutical, toy and automotive industries. User friendly and with its small footprint, the machine's ideal environment is within the R & D or prototyping workshop where quality prototype bottles and containers can be made available for trials in production materials including PE, PP, and HDPE. The 50/E is ideally suited to batches of up to 1000 parts. When the machine is used in conjunction with moulds made from MTT's EP Tooling Resin, development time can be reduced dramatically to as little as one week from concept to prototype. Containers of up to one litre capacity can be produced from a maximum parison or shot weight of 115gm. The machine features an electric drive drive on the screw, which reduces both cycle time and noise levels.
